Our Club has a four major fundraising events annually. All proceeds from our events help support our youth members, youth programs, members with disabilities and families that need assistance. Our events are listed below:

2025 Beefsteak Tricky Tray
The Boys and Girls Club of Hawthorne is excited to cordially invite you to our 11th Annual Beefsteak/Tricky Tray Dinner. This event is sure to be a fun-filled evening and we are hoping you play a big role in its success!
Our Beefsteak/Tricky Tray Dinner is scheduled for Saturday, March 8, 2025, and will be held at the Gene Meyers Club House, 1 Downes Way, Hawthorne. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour followed by a Nightingale’s Beefsteak Dinner at 6:00 pm. A diverse selection of tricky tray prizes will be available, along with a 50/50 raffle prize. The price per ticket is a $70 donation. Beer and wine are included in the ticket price.
Raffle tickets are available for purchase online before the event date. Raffle Ticket Bags will be distributed the night of the event. Additional raffle ticket bags and individual tickets will also be available for purchase that night.
Tables of 10 may be reserved. Please make note that tickets will only be available for online purchase. Tickets will not be sold the night of the event. This event sells out EVERY year! Scan the provided QR code and purchase your tickets online TODAY!
Proceeds from this event will allow our Club to further expand our ability to serve youth members with disabilities. Our goal to continue serving our youth members can only be met with your generous support.
